Tags and Quickfolders

With the introduction of tags you create an extra layer of data on your documents, folders or dossiers. This makes it easier to find documents or dossiers, and adds structure to your archive.

Use tags customized for your company that can indicate the status of a project, the type of file, a region or much more. Also add a person in charge or another employee to a project via a user tag.


Find files more easily thanks to the integration of tags in the search function.

Save search filters as a Quickfolder, so you can access certain selections from your files in one click. For example, you can very easily keep track of your current projects or files. Documents that require your feedback? You can find them quickly in the same way.
